Shipping

Currently shipping is delayed 2 to 3 weeks due to Covid-19.

Shipping cost is determined by weight.

 

Returns/Exchange

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or provide exchanges. All sales are final.   

Please ensure your order is the correct item and size. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Damaged or defective orders

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us (cs@sisyphusware.com) and include

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request

and also please include

  1. A photograph demonstrating issues with the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

*For optimal pictures please use a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and to assist us in eliminating errors in the future. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
